Is it a bad technique if im mainly using my thumb, middle and ring finger when fingerpicking? I dont really use my index finger and im curious if thats okay.

Having my little finger below the stings as the anchor feels so uncomfortable to me. I probably just have to get used to it.

I started playing guitar in 1994 as a young kid, I was taken by the finger picking style and had to learn it . If youtube had of been a thing this would have saved me so much time. What took me years to get and master and figure into my own style without the funds to have a teacher , you sir are saving people so much valuable time. Bless all you do.
