Clapton is one of the best. his riff sounded like Carlos. I grew up in SF and seen almost everyone from the late 60's to the 90's. Santana is one of the best also. Very underrated in the US

The drummer is beyond the band, save perhaps Clapton who's pretty much interstellar!
There are hundreds if not maybe thousands of guitar unknown guitar players better than Clapton. I'm not ripping him, but it is the truth.
