This is SO abrasive to my ears. The Ywngie Malmsteen of bass. There's no denying Billy's speed and knowledge? But I can't listen to this. His tone is for SHIT! I gritted my teeth and winced through the whole thing. Put it down, walk away from it and go listen to some old R&B or Motown and get some groove and a pocket for Gawd's sake! What you did through Winery Dog's cover of Elvin Bishop's "Fooled Around & Fell In Love" was BLASPHEMY! This CRAP impressed me when I first discovered him in the very early 80s. Now? It's just NOISE! Fuck anyone who wants to badmouth me for thinking so.
