Wasn't this record broken again? 29 per sec new record? I think they clocked Yngwie at around 24 notes per second on his scalloped fret Fender back in the 80's. Steve Vai can/could do 22-24. So can Eric Johnson. There are others as well doing 24-28 per sec. One of my old guitar teachers could do 20-22 no sweat. I'm a slow poke at turtle speed of 12-15 per sec tops. Pitiful after 28 years. Sergiy is REALLY awesome though. I'll give this guy the credit he deserves. He is a tad faster and a tad better than Young "Smoking Fire" Yngwie. One of the extremely RARE guitar players that can top the Original Big 2 Yngwie and Vai, plus Eric Johnson, (But not by much). Alright Sergiy…You win the guitar with the big S on it. You earned it Superman!
