As we are under a hurricane warning, this video came up. This song was played at my husbands service. A favorite of mine. He was with a unit in Viet Nam known as the Ghost Riders. I feel it a sign that all will be OK. He's still watching over us.

Doug there is a short little tune youtube "sleepy jake" by silent partner it is a catchy tune but way too brief in my opinion. I would love to hear your take on this song if you ever find the time.
No other instrument can produce those awesome sounds. Very well done.

This was the theme for the 130 gunships in Thailand during the Vietnam war. This song would start bar fights thus it was band in many local bars. However, someone would bribe the band to play it and the ruckus would in sew. Brings back found memories!😂

Sorry to say this is one of my most disliked instruments. Not because of the instrument itself, but because of its cliché usage in country music, where it doesn't always belong.
