Blackmore just piddling. His serious work ended after DP's "Battle Rages On"
REALLY amazing Blackmore guitar solos (among dozens): Burn, No No No, You Fool No One, Child in Time, Pictures of Home, Mary Long, Hard Lovin' Man, Still I'm Sad, Stormbringer ….. the list goes on and on.
The three best technical guitarist in the genre are Richie, Tony and Brian May. Alot of people say, "what about Jimmy Page?" Page knew he messed up riffs but he just played on through. Richie Blackmore is the most proficient of all.
Richie loves guitar, beer and women. I like Ian Gillan a lot because he's just a cool, old rock legend. I like Richie a lot because he's an impeccable, old rock legend. Both of them are neat men for opposite reasons.
